The 10th WHS Multicultural Dinner is back this year! We will be hosting the potluck-style dinner on May 11th from 5-7pm. All are welcome! If you are interested in helping out, please stop by room 223 to find out how or sign up here.

Seniors interested in receiving their STEM Endorsement for graduation remember that your applications are due to Ms. Keefe by May 6th! The application is in Google Classroom.

Students interested in NURSING. We have a former WHS graduate and current USM nursing student, Alex Thayer, who will be coming in on MAY 6 during ACE to talk about what it means to be a nursing student. This presentation will be in room 305 and interested students should request a tag from Mrs. Willette.

Students interested in STEM. Dana Ledue graduated from WHS and is currently in a grad program at Johns Hopkins in Biotech. She will be coming on MAY 13 during ACE to talk about careers in STEM and persistence. This presentation will be in room 305 and interested students should request a tag from Mrs. Willette.

If you missed out on the after-school prom dress and suit event, it's not too late! There are plenty of new, gently used, and beautiful options in all sorts of sizes, styles, and colors! Suits and ties suitable for graduation, interviews, or any special event are also available! Ask a staff member to bring you to the Caring Closet and find something perfect for you!

The tennis team will be selling Dairy Queen Golden Cards as a fundraiser Thursday and Friday during ACE & in the lunchroom. Each card costs $10 and includes multiple 'buy one get one free's and reduced price on cake

***We're celebrating National Public Health Week all month long!

High school students can submit any original work which shows what hope means to them. Let's amplify hope and use it as a prevention tool! This can be a short PSA, video, photo, song, drawing, etc.

To submit your entry, email Ms. Dosseva at Submissions will be featured during a community event on May 23rd. Winners will be announced then! We have some pretty awesome prizes

WE ARE SEEKING MORE VOICES FOR NEXT YEAR'S CHAMBER SINGERS (Honors level music class): Would you like the excitement and challenge of singing in an accelerated Chorus? Then please think about auditioning for CHAMBER SINGERS here at WHS. This class usually meets in block 3W. You could end up going on a 2023 spring tour with some awesome fellow singers! You do NOT need to prepare a song -- just set up a time with Ms Proulx who will guide you through a laid-back session to get to know your voice and see if this would be a good fit. If it is, then MS P WILL HELP YOU SIGN UP FOR THIS CLASS. FMI email or see Ms Proulx.
