(YLC) Youth Leadership Coalition is looking for new members. This club will help you sharpen those leadership skills, meet new people from surrounding schools as well as your own. The main purpose of YLC is to spread substance use awareness to our schools and the community around us. We are also recognized as a club that earns community service hours for NHS. TEEN TRENDSETTERS is looking for 20 mentors to join this year's program. If you're looking for Leadership and Community service/volunteer hours or thinking about becoming a teacher. This is the club for you. We are a program that helps 1st, 2nd, and 3rd graders with reading. On November 4th and 5th join us at the UMO campus or online for two days of connection, community building, and so much more. The Maine Youth Leadership Conference is designed by and for middle and high school-aged young people, as well as their adult allies and advisors. Participants will experience inspirational keynotes, build community and leadership skills in person or in virtual "homerooms," and engage in their choice of interactive workshops led by young people and adults from around the state of Maine.
