SPECTRUM: Westbrook High School's LGBTS+ Group will be meeting in room 108 after school on Monday 9/24

Auditions for the WHS Drama Club’s fall play, “Clue” will be held next Monday the 24th and Tuesday the 25th after school in the Auditorium. No audition piece is necessary. See Mr. Solomon if you have any questions. 

 

Juniors--the deadline for turning in permission slips for one of the October 18th College Visits is Friday, September 28th.

Seniors--if you are applying to or thinking about applying to UMaine, Southern New Hampshire University, Colby College or Maine Maritime Academy--there are seats open on the College Visit buses for October 18th. Please see your email for the permission slip or pick one up in Guidance. Seats are limited and the deadline for turning in your permission slip is Friday, September 28th!

 

 It's a busy week in the Aspirations Center. The following colleges will be visiting the high school the week of September 24. Sign up in Naviance or send Mrs. Sturgis an email. You will get a pass for your visit the day before via email:

 All students must park in the student lot & have a parking pass. Please stop by the Main Office to pick up the parking pass form. The cost is $6.00. Passes must be purchased each year.

 

Mrs. Sbardella is available for after-school tutoring on Mondays & Thursdays from 2:30-4 in Room 323. Even if you need a quiet place to study and/or do HW, please stop by...

 

The chess club will be hosting its first meeting of the year on Monday, September 24 after school in Room 301. Players of all skill levels are welcome.

 

Fall sports pictures will be on Wednesday, September 26th starting @ 1:45.

  

FREE SAT prep course beginning September 24. Held at Deering High School Tuesdays/Thursdays 5-8 p.m. Representative will be at the high school during ACE on Friday, Sept. 14 so you can learn more about the program. Email Mrs. Sturgis for a tag. 

 

Blood Drive-October 11 from 8-1pm. See Mr. Chabot (room 211) for more info.

 

Picture retake day will be Wednesday, October 22!

 

Senior Photo submission deadline is November 2, 2018.
