Junior Prom Tickets are being sold for the rest of this week and next week during ALL lunches. They are $32 and the Theme is Enchanted Woods. Also, when you buy your ticket, place your vote for prom King and Queen! ALL STUDENTS MUST SIGN A DANCE CONTRACT FORM PRIOR TO BUYING A TICKET. ANY GUESTS MUST HAVE A SIGNED DANCE CONTRACT AND GUEST FORM, ALONG WITH A COPY OF A PHOTO ID (USE YOUR PHONES TO TAKE A PIC AND SEND!) PRIOR TO PURCHASING A TICKET!

Any student needing a Prom Dress, contact your guidance counselor to go to the clothing closet. We have been given a ton of Prom Dresses that need a good home!!!! These dresses are all free. Please reach out to us!
SMCC orientation for WHS seniors attending next fall has been scheduled for May 23. Students attending this orientation will choose their classes and get their ID card. Parent permission is required. Please email Nicole Sturgis, Aspirations Coordinator, if you would like to attend.
Any senior that still needs to take or retake their Accuplacer exam will be able to take it on Tuesday, May 1 or Wed., May 2 in the Aspirations Center. Make sure to bring your charged laptop. Not sure if you need an Accuplacer test? Email any questions to Nicole Sturgis, Aspirations Coordinator.
All Sophomores are invited to apply to RYLA, a high school leadership week at Camp Hinds taking place June 24-27. Applications are available from Mr. Dyer. Students apply and interview. No cost.
"WHS is having a Blood Drive (sponsored by the National Honor Society) on May 3rd. All students and staff are welcome to sign-up to donate. You must be 17+ years old (16 with parental consent...paperwork must be filled out prior to donating). See Mr. Chabot in room 211 if you need more details/paperwork. Official Registration will happen from April 23rd - May 2nd during lunches. Anyone that wants to sign-up early can see Mr. Chabot in room 211."
For Juniors Only: The University of Maine (Orono) admissions representative will be at the high school on Monday, May 21 to meet with juniors one-on-one. Using your transcript and SAT scores, you will get a "pre-read" on your application and find out about merit scholarships and ways to improve your application. Are you taking the right classes next year for your major? Come meet with UMaine to learn more. Only 30 spots available. To save your spot email Mrs. Sturgis, Aspirations Coordinator.
All PM WRVC are expected to be in ACE every day until 10:50, at which time they will be dismissed from ACE to report directly to WRVC. Students who are not in ACE or leave early will be marked unexcused absent.
WHS' LGBT+ club will be meeting on Thursdays after school in Ms. Joyce's room – 108.
Students are required to purchase a parking pass for $6.00 in the Main Office to be eligible to park in the Student Lot at the high school. Students who do not have a parking pass will be ticketed. Students are not allowed to park in the teacher lot.
