Girls/parents lacrosse meeting tonight at 6pm in room 222.
The Unified basketball team is heading to the state championship game on Thursday!!!!! The game is at Thomas College on Thursday at 6 pm. If you can make it, we would love to have you there cheering them on!!! If you would like to ride the fan bus, stop by the Main Office for a permission slip & to sign up!
There will be a mandatory meeting for anybody interested in playing football in the fall on Thursday @ 2:40 in Room 216.
Emma Lombardo did an amazing job at poetry out loud. She inspired tears with her first poem and laughs with her second.
There will be a girls tennis meeting on Thursday 3/22 @ 3:00 in the café.
The Winter Dance will be held on Friday, March 23, from 7-10pm. Cost is $10. Tickets will be sold this week. Dance forms must be turned in no later than Wednesday, March 21.
Boy’s tennis meeting at the community center Monday, March 26th at 4:15pm in one of the planning/meeting rooms at the WCC.

Westbrook is hosting a Community Reading Event. We invite members of the community read Wonder by P.J. Palacio in honor of the movie release. Please visit your school library or Walker Memorial Library to borrow a copy of the book. In addition to reading Wonder, we are hosting a writing contest and a community viewing of the movie. Please see the attached documents for more details.
Grondin Construction will be at the high school Thursday, March 22 during ACE to speak with students interested in summer construction jobs. Great pay with plenty of overtime. Students must be 18, have a license and pass a drug test. Ask for a tag from Mrs. Sturgis, Aspirations Coordinator.
For Juniors Only: The University of Maine (Orono) admissions representative will be at the high school on Monday, May 21 to meet with juniors one-on-one. Using your transcript and SAT scores, you will get a "pre-read" on your application and find out about merit scholarships and ways to improve your application. Are you taking the right classes next year for your major? Come meet with UMaine to learn more. Only 30 spots available. To save your spot email Mrs. Sturgis, Aspirations Coordinator.
All PM WRVC are expected to be in ACE every day until 10:50, at which time they will be dismissed from ACE to report directly to WRVC. Students who are not in ACE or leave early will be marked unexcused absent.
WHS' LGBT+ club will be meeting on Thursdays after school in Ms. Joyce's room – 108.
Students are required to purchase a parking pass for $6.00 in the Main Office to be eligible to park in the Student Lot at the high school. Students who do not have a parking pass will be ticketed. Students are not allowed to park in the teacher lot.
