"National Honor Society Meeting in the Auditorium during ACE on Tuesday November 14th. All members are required to be present at the meeting. If you can not make it, please see Mr. Chabot in room 211 sometime Tuesday after the meeting."
Seniors should be checking to make sure they are still have Open Campus and new open campus students can pick up permission slips today.
Good Morning Westbrook High School students and teachers. FBLA students are having a book sale at the WRVC by room VOC 411 this Friday the 17th from 7:45 - 2:30. All books are at a cost of 3 dollars and below. We hope you will stop by to buy a book or two.
The Civil Rights Team will be having a bonfire Friday from 5:30 to 7:30. It will take place between the baseball and football fields. If you're unsure of where this is, then just follow the light of the flames! All students are welcome! We will be selling s'mores and hot chocolate for $1.
The library is collecting donations for the Animal Refuge League during the month of November. Anyone interested in making a donation is encouraged to check out the donation wish list posted in the library and the freshmen hallway!
All girls and boys interested in indoor track & field - it is not too late to sign up! Please see Mrs. Wescott in the athletic office. There will be a meeting for indoor track athletes after school Tuesday Nov 14th at 2:45 - be there.
The WHS Drama Club presents this year's fall play Not Quite Macbeth. The evening will consist of two one-act comedies 'loosely' based on Shakespeare's Macbeth. Faculty and staff admission is free. "Any students interested in performing with the Westbrook High School Winter Color Guard, will begin with the annual Pizza and Spin Day after school on November 16th, and continue on Thursday evenings 6-8 and Saturdays 3-5 for the Winter season. This is open to any student who wants a performance opportunity."
If you are interested in traveling to Québec during February vacation, we have great news, the price of the Québec trip has been lowered. Please contact Mr. Morin or Miss Anderson for more information and how to register. There will also be a mandatory parent meeting on November 2Oth in Mr. Morin's room # 112.
Mr. Russell is looking for students to plan and cook a Thanksgiving meal with all the fixing on the 20th and or the 21st. Please email or connect with him ASAP.
Math Center is open on Mondays and Thursdays in room 104 from 2:30-4:00.
BIKES: If you ride a bike to school it should always be locked up. If you do not have a bike lock and need help getting one, please stop by the Main Office.
Students are required to purchase a parking pass for $6.00 in the Main Office to be eligible to park in the Student Lot at the high school. Students who do not have a parking pass will be ticketed. Students are not allowed to park in the teacher lot.
